“Does my child need to be at the appointment?”
Yes! Unless otherwise stated by the physician, the child should be in attendance at all appointments, whether in-office or virtual.
Parking
Please arrive in the area 15-20 minutes prior to your appointment time to find parking, as our parking lot availability is limited.
· If you are able to get a parking spot and are early for your appointment, please wait in your car and only come into our office one minute prior to your appointment time.
· If the small parking lot at the rear of our office building is full, you will have to look elsewhere in the area:
Street parking on Prospect Street
Southlake Regional Health Centre parking garage: enter/exit the parking garage on Prospect Street (our office is located across the street and slightly south of that entrance/exit)
Please note: Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, we ask that only one parent and the patient come into the office for the appointment.
